Old popcorn ceiling at 8’ height was knocked down. We built the frame for the ceiling at 9’ height: drywall finish- flat, no texture. In the end, three antique bims (150 years old bims reclaimed from mine) were installed, two-track lights and a unique light fixture above the table. We installed new natural stone tiles over the old tiles on the fireplace to match the design.
